CRITICAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Critical Facilities Management is consist with all mechanical and electrical component which need to managed the Operation and Maintenance accordance with compliance and timely manner.
In a Managed Service project, we are can not passthrough the reponsibility to each related vendor who in charge for maintenance. There is any strategic role in technical which can be determined by Facilities Management only or Managed Service only.

What we are doing as our daily activity when we are providing Facilities Management Services is as like follow:

Reactive and Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance
Corrective Maintenance
Improvement Maintenance
SCALING PHE (CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE)
Scaling or remove the fouling factor inside the condenser and/or evaporator is a part of Corrective Maintenance. Big effort shall be conducted to scale the fouling factor inside the condenser/evaporator, furthermore if the chiller using Plates Heat Exhanger (PHE) types for condenser or evaporator.
We can scale all the types of heat exhanger using a special chemical with non-acid, that will not makes your material become corrosive. There's also no reassembly your condenser or evaporator.
We are using the chemical which produced by Jiwon Tech, Co, Ltd. from Korea. There is several types of chemical with different application based on type of heat exchanger and material of heat exchanger.
You can refer your condenser/evaporator material specification sheet, or let us come to your site to study and looking for information about your condenser or evaporator material. Then we can judge what kind of chemical type shall be used.
